Nanotomography of C. elegans acquired on ZEISS Crossbeam
The dataset shows a very large 3D volume of C. elegans at high detail demonstrating that using Crossbeam technology it is easy to collect detailed morphological data of a specimen at EM resolution. This enables our customers to understand structure and morphology of their sample in 3D at a broader scale than previously possible.
The dataset demonstrates that our instruments can collect massive amounts of data > 10.000 FIB-Slices which is attractive for life science customers who strive to understand their specimens in 3D at nm resolution. Such datasets allow a detailed analysis of the structure and how the tissue/sample is organized in 3D.
