ZEISS Lightsheet Z.1 - Zebrafish embryo, MultiView fluorescence imaging

This entire 2-day old zebrafish was imaged from four angles and reconstructed using MultiView registration and fusion software. The fish expresses Tg(Bactin:H2A-mCherry) in the nuclei.
