ZEISS Lightsheet Z.1: Zebrafish heart development
This beating heart of a zebrafish larva was imaged with 68 fps. Labeled are the actin cytoskeleton (grey, LifeAct-GFP) and the nuclei (red, NLS-DsRed). The sarcomeres of the contractile apparatus with their z-bands are nicely identifiable. Both channels were acquired simultaneously at 28°C with Lightsheet Z.1 detection optics 20x/1.0 (water immersion). Courtesy of S.
