ZEISS LSM 800 with Airyscan: Beam path animation

January 15, 2015
The compact light path of LSM 800 with Airyscan is designed for highest efficiency, with a minimum of optical elements for highest sensitivity. Fluorescence emission light travels through the main dichroic beam splitter with its outstanding laser suppression to deliver supreme contrast. Up to two patented variable beam splitter dichroics (VSDs) divert the respective spectral parts of the fluorescence emission light. You can freely define up to three detectors: multialkali, GaAsP or Airyscan. For more details visit http://www.zeiss.com/lsm800
